Vision Plans

Vision Plans will typically cover annual routine eye exam with discounts on materials. Each plan has its own set of copays determined by the insurance company.

Medical Insurance

Medical insurance is for medical conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes, macular degeneration, dry eye, red eye, visual disturbances, etc... Patients are responsible for copays and dedutables that have not been met.
